Location: Noida sec – 58
Industry: Logistics/ Freight Forwarding
Salary: 25k to 35k
Experience: Min 3 Years
Shift: 9:30am to 6:30pm
Qualifications: Graduate (regular B.com) or above
Week off: Sunday

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Financial Reporting:
•Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
•Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial data to management and external stakeholders.
2.General Ledger Management:
•Oversee and maintain the general ledger, ensuring all transactions are recorded  accurately.
•Perform regular reconciliations of accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
3. Budgeting and Forecasting:
•Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
•Monitor budget performance and provide variance analysis.
 
4. Compliance and Audit:
•Ensure compliance with accounting standards.
•Coordinate and manage internal audits.
5. Accounts Payable and Receivable:
•Supervise the accounts payable and receivable processes.
•Ensure timely processing of invoices, payments, and collections.
 
6. Taxation:
•Oversee the preparation and filing of tax returns.
•Ensure compliance with tax regulations and timely payment of taxes.
 
7. Process Improvement:
•Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in accounting operations.
•Leverage technology to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency.
 
8. Team Leadership:
•Provide guidance and support to junior accounting staff.
•Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
 
9. GST & TDS:
• Able to do GST & TDS Filing individually.
